"10K, 2-way" promotion Official Rules

Official Rules: No More Last Days is running a promotion ("10K, 2 way") where to enter, a participant must provide their first and last name, signature, and email address on a sign-up sheet by visiting the No More Last Days booth at the Carolinas Renaissance Festival.

There is no purchase necessary to enter this promotion.
The sign-up period for this promotion will run on Saturdays and Sundays from 10/5/24 – 11/24/24, coinciding with the operating hours of the Carolinas Renaissance Festival, which runs from 9:30 AM est to 5:30 PM est daily.
On 11/30/24, three entries will be chosen at random for the chance to roll three 6-sided dice. The rolls will be recorded to comply with the rules of the sweepstakes administrator. One of the 6 sides of each dice will have a letter on it. These letters will be D, O, and G, on the 3 dice, respectively. If a participant rolls D, O and G side-up, that person wins $10,000.00. In the event that the first participant rolls D-O-G, the second and third participants will still have a chance to roll and win a separate $10,000 prize. For each roll that is successfully validated as a win for the participant, No More Last Days will also donate $10,000 to empowering PAWZ, dog welfare organization being featured for the promotion.
The rolls will take place at a location to be determined on 12/14/24, once the participants drawn are contacted.
The rolls will be videotaped and posted to No More Last Days social media pages, and could possibly also be posted as social media content of No More Last Days sponsors.
The location of the roll will be within 45 miles of the Carolinas Renaissance Festival location in Huntersville, NC, at a location to be determined.
At the conclusion of the Carolinas Renaissance Festival, No More Last Days will randomly draw three names from the email list compiled at the Carolinas Renaissance Festival.
By entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to abide by the results of the random draw method that No More Last Days uses to pick three participants for the dice rolls – the drawing is done via a list randomizer.
We will attempt to contact the winning participants for 3 consecutive days via email. If no response is received by 5PM est on the third business day, that participant forfeits their request to roll, and another participant will be randomly drawn, via the same process as described above - the additional participants will be assigned random numbers, and the lowest number drawn will be the participant chosen to roll.
Privacy clause: By entering this promotion, you agree to receive email communications from No More Last Days regarding the contest and other promotional updates. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails. You also agree that your personal information will be collected solely for the purpose of administering the contest and notifying winners. We value your privacy and want to assure you that your information will not be shared with any third parties. Your data will be kept confidential and used only in accordance with this privacy policy.
Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors or assignees of the Client or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be INELIGIBLE to participate.
Contestant(s) shall not be permitted any practice, warm-up, or qualifying rolls/throws, at any time after his/her notification of participation in the promotion until the actual prize roll/throw.
Witnesses & Video Recording: Two Client representatives or officials shall serve as witnesses and shall supervise the event. No More Last Days will supply these witnesses. The Client representatives are responsible for the contestants understanding of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
Important: Client/Member Must Videotape The Entire Promotion Activity and Must Maintain a Sign-up Form Listing All Contestants. It is imperative that the individual operating the video camera shows the contestant’s body position in relation to the various demarcation lines as well as the dice coming to rest for each roll. The Client should assure that the video camera is properly functioning; failure to conform to this requirement can cause a claim to be denied. No More Last Days will provide video recording of the event.
In order to qualify for prize reimbursement, promotion contestants must successfully roll/throw each die one at a time or all of the dice at the same time onto a smooth playing surface with the skyward side coming to rest as follows: Die #1, “D”; Die #2, “O”; Die #3, “G”.
Each die must come to rest a minimum of four (4) feet from where the roll throw was initiated and make a minimum of two (2) complete rotations prior to coming to rest.
Any die that is stacked or leaning in any fashion or that falls off of the rolling surface will void the roll/throw and the contestant will be allowed a replacement roll/throw of all of the dice.
Any tampering with the dice will be a violation of this contract and shall cause any claims to be denied. The Client understands that IP Group will take whatever legal action necessary to protect its interest in said promotion.
Investigation: Upon receipt of Proof of Claim, IP Group may conduct a reasonable investigation, including but not limited to requiring the Client to produce the Video Camera Operator, the Winner, and/or the Promotion Officials for polygraphic examination as a condition to payment 3553 West Chester Pike #418, Newtown Square, PA 19073
In the event of a successful roll, the winner will be responsible for all taxes.
