What percentage of proceeds go to the organizations you support?
At No More Last Days, we truly want to maximize dog health, not personal wealth. We are not in this for ourselves, we are in this for our furry friends.
- Over 60% of the proceeds of our sales are donated to the organization we are supporting
- This is in addition to the $5,000 "kick-off" donation we give to the organization at the start of the promotion
As for what we keep; our plan is to re-invest this into our business so we can expand and introduce initiatives in the future that can help more dogs.
What's the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as you checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Will my order come in one shipment?
Due to the fact that we try to optimize shipping, if you order 2 or more items, the products may come in multiple shipments.
What are your approximate shipping times?
Shipping can take from 7 to 14 business days, due to the fact that each item is made to order. We always strive to under promise and over deliver. In many cases, the shipping times can be quicker than the quoted 7-14 business days. If you are experiencing a delay from the quoted shipping time, please email support@nomorelastdays.us, and include the reference number of your order so we can investigate the status of the order.
What do you charge for shipping?
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes to the order. This includes any address changes, shipping method changes, or size/pattern changes.
Why is an item(s) missing from my order?
We're sorry you have not received your complete order. The item(s) may be shipping in multiple packages or out of stock. Please email support@nomorelastdays.us and provide your order number for the best assistance.
Refund policy
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order. As an organization that uses product sales as a way to raise money for animal rescue organizations, we understand the importance of keeping overhead costs down. The less resources we have to commit to processing refunds means more funds will be raised for animal rescue organizations.
Having said this, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Upon receiving your order, if there is a product quality issue, we want to make it right. In the situation where there is a product quality defect, please reach out to support@nomorelastdays.us with the order number, a brief description of the issue, as well as photos of the front and back of the product (if applicable).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
